I cannot stress enough how this company takes advantage of consumers, especially those in need and at a disadvantage in some way.  Dan, the owner, appears to be easy-going, flexible, and there to help, when his real goal is to gauge you, and the insurance industry, and take the money and run.  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, and learn from my mistake.  He inflates his charges AND the type of services provided after-the-fact, and after he's indicated that your job will cost much less.  It is worth ALL your time and effort to compare services/companies before hiring, even if you believe you're in an emergency situation.  A day or two will make a world of difference to protect yourself and your credit!!
