I used A&A Moving of Arlington, VA to move my family 7.5 miles away to our new home. The movers were over 30 minutes late, purposely worked slow to ensure they went over their moving time. One of the movers was fasting, so he was exhausted before the job was done and I had to move items myself. The movers put two holes in my wall, scratched and discolored the wall, and scratched furniture.
The movers also didn't move all the item where they were supposed to go. I lodged a complaint to movinghelp.com and the owner rebutted stating I lied about holes in my wall and about the work of his movers. The mover who moved me offered to repay half of my money, fix my wall, and move the rest of my furniture.
None of this has happened and the owner refuses to answer my text or return my phone calls.

A&A Moving provided a refund of $250 and the owner apologized to me and my wife for any stress or issues stemming for the service provided. I thank Alonzo and A&A Moving for resolving this issue in a timely manner and I asked that they be removed from Ripoff Report.
