AA Property Management Rp Property Solutions Fraud, Theft, Invasion of privacy, Sexual Harassment and Danger to Health Oxnard, California

In November I was contacted by Ronald London and Patrick Burris, this would soon be one of the biggest mistakes I will have made in my life. Little did I know, but I had never inquired for their services nor did I ever make initial contact with them. These men are crooks and apart of a band of criminals that span nation wide. Former colleague and FRAUD Miriam Sukey Estrada, who was arrested by the FBI in 2010 in Ventura County for mortgage fraud, was only one of the fouls players involved in this scheme

Ron London and Patrick Burris targeted me and my fiance and put the lives and health risks of numerous people in their hands. Because of them who knows how many people have been exposed to hazardous living environments, identity theft and mail fraud!

February 2012 of this year City of Oxnard Code Compliance sited the home I lived in with 12 COUNTS OF VIOLATIONS reference number 12-177 with Johanna Garcia of Code Compliance, this only came after numerous complaints for mail tampering, exposed HOT WIRES, un authorized entry of individuals to our home, gas leaks etc

So Cal Gas Company came out to my home twice and red tagged every appliance in the home and stated that the only functioning source of heating, was not only NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED but my chimney spout had been COMPLETLY SEALED OFF and for the past 2 months of winter my family and I wear continuously breathing in gas and toxins and could have blown half the block up had we left a candle on and burning. My fiance came home and found me passed out and it was only then we realized the seriousness of the matter and procedeed to have authorities interviene 

We were paying $1700 to a property management company and paid a $2000.00 deposit of which was never returned, according to them we were not allowed to contact the landlord (whom was never on the contract) Timewarner cable, so cal gas, so cal electric WITHOUT their consent and the moment we did so, we violated our contract. 

After failed attempts to resolve any issues with them I had already been called racial slurs, been verbally sexually harrased and threatenend numberous times. I have photos, documentation and proof of everything and yet because these individuals have ties with in this county its been very difficult to achieve justice! February 9th I came to my home to remove the remaining belonginings in my home and found that the locks were changed, made a police report but since the offcer and my landlord were buddies and regardless of the documentation and evidence I had I was told that I would be arrested if I were to enter the home. The officer of the Oxnard Police Department refused to take a report and for that he too will face consequences and that weekend Ron London and Patrick Burris both re posted and were advertising the home on 5107 Perkins Road Oxnard Ca, 93033 ONCE again .......this came even after the City of Oxnard sited them for 12 VIOLATIONS.
