AAA Arbitration Deceptive Business practices Dallas, Texas

Consumer/Home Owner scammed by Shane Johnson of Shane Johnson construction with help from Home Depot employee for over $37,000.00 but what my be worse was deceived by AAA arbitration. Consumer beware of both will rob your family of money but AAA arbitrator can take more than money. Arbitrators are above the law and can make award of nominal damages for thousands of dollars [$5,000.00 in my case] state false dates not even on contract, mire you name, and even after the contractor never even called let alone showed up to even start job and keep the $37,000.00 deposit he stated on the award Home owner benefited from contractor. You cannot make a more false statement then that.

My over $37,000.00 deposit which was to be secured mostly in supplies which when called by Home Depot employee to come to the store and pick up the paid yes paid in full supply list was as real as AAA Arbitration Rules, Oath, Ethic, are. Mr Douglas RobInson Corp. Security Of The Home Depot said Home Depot did a complete investigation of how a consumer/home owner was able to receive a paid supply list by an employee at the Pro desk inside Home Depot store. I quote a few words right from the report "Once the employee and Johnson created the quote it was deleted and a copy giving Gulotta [consumer/home owner]the perception that supplies for his project had been purchased".

Just a plan to scam the consumer/home Owner. The Rockford Police Department Detective said they have a warrant out for Shane Johnson [Criminal felony] AAA Arbitrator stops me during arbitration from explaining and tells me and my witness to only answer yes or no. Falsely accused insulted and literally laugh at my witness and I had to sit only answering yes or no. Arbitrator awards nominal damages to Shane Johnson states of $5,000.00 home owner breach of contract adds date not on contract months after work should of been done also make statement home owner benefited from Shane Johnson Construction.

When I contacted AAA for an explanation I was denied by the Arbitrator When I contacted AAA about the Violation of Rule, Oath, ethic, the injustice and to investigate or do something. AAA President Mr Strathmann Stated " I understand but AAA does not have authority to take action" The rule are just guidelines as much as the deceptive paid supply list. I consider both Shane Johnson and AAA in violation of the Deceptive Business practices Act
