I made the mistake of bringing in my car in January of this year thinking everything would be ok.  I was reassured by David that I would be given a loaner vehicle while our car was being repaired, and was asked to bring it back by 11 the next morning so I could be given another loaner.  I did as I was told, had the car back on time, and was given a vehicle to take home that  was not only not roadworthy, but possibly deadly.  It had a blown main head gasket, and wouldn't go over 30 miles an hours, illegal and deadly on an Interstate Highway. 

Not having got two blocks down the road, I returned the vehicle to complain, at which point I was cursed out, threatened with having the police called on me, and told to "walk back to Clearlake." I suffered verbal assault, humiliation, embarrassment, and threats of physical violence if I did not leave the property.  I went into a full-fledged panic attack, and this man also had the audacity to tell me to take the bus back to Clearlake.  There IS no bus route out to Clearlake, and finally, he had a mechanic who spoke virtually no English drive me back to my home in the car he had lent me the night before.  Of course his excuse was that he didn't have any other vehicles to loan me. 

He took my title from me, saying he needed it as collateral, when the car would've sufficed on it's own. He wouldn't give it back. I thought it strange, but I also thought he'd do the right thing. How wrong I was.  He left us without transportation for almost 5 months, forcing us to take cabs everywhere at considerable expense. 

He then had the audacity to place a lien against the vehicle for non-payment, which was of course impossible to do when paying for cabs everywhere which are exhorbitantly expensive.  The whole thing was a set-up from the outset, and then placed our car for sale on Craigslist, claiming it "ran great" and was "clean" with a "clean title" and one previous owner.  Lies, Lies and more Lies. That car has had 3 owners, the third of which we were, and I have a copy of the title signed by my husband to prove it.  

Beware, stay away from this "business" like the plague.  They are abusive, lying scam artists with felony records and they will be sued by me and my husband for a variety of charges. We haven't forgotten and we will not just "go away."  My other solution is to contact the General Attorney's office and use as much of social media as I can to include local Television stations to warn the Greater Houston area of this man's unscroupulous business activities. 

He avoids prosecution by constantly changing his name, the name of the business, and has more phone numbers than a drug dealer as stated by another complainant, and spends his time using insults and pointing the finger at others rather than taking any real responsibility. Spent the night I met him telling me about how he owned 7 Mercedes and was allowed to carry a gun internationally.  Sounds on the up and up, right?  Yeah, that's why he can't write in proper English or spell worth a d**n and has so many complaints against him. I still have time, and it won't be wasted, believe me. 

AAA treated me with dishonesty and disrespect from day one. Does not honor its 100% customer satisfaction guarntee.   Owners have felony theft records and prison time for fraud.  Many unsatisfied people who had the misfortune of coming in contact with AAA.
