AAA bondsman I was falsely accused of harassment and the police knew i was innocent but let this wells fargo woman manager falsely accuse me and charge me with harassment. I was found guilty but the judge only fined me the police wouldn't let me pay my fine and told aaa not to bail me out and he was very ugly towards me phenix city Alabama

The police chief ray smith lied to me saying the judge ordered me to jail. I beg your pardon but my son was out in the waiting room and he heard the judge gave me a suspended 90 hard time and a fine. My lawyer who was a public defender walked out on me so she could be their to make sure the police didn't put me in jail. My lawyer abandond me and she knew I was innocent to. The phenix citypolice refused to let me pay my fine, or tell my mother they had to be their by 4:30 p.m. to bail me out of jail. 

They kept running my mother and son back and forth to differnet bondman companies, and my own laywer wouldn't even tell them. They wanted me to suffer in jail just to please this blond wella fargo banker manager. And the owner of AAA bondmans was very mean and ugly towards me saying he wasn't going to help me and told me off.

But my mother complained to the city managers office to complain about the injustice that was done to me, and how the russel county jail employees and the phenix city police was refusing to let them bail me out of jail. I was forced to spend 24 hours in jail denied my medications. I was the one being harassed and the clerk at the municipal court refused to let me file charges against this wells fargo manager because she knew the dirty what they was going to do to me.

The city manager did do something after speaking with my mother, they was in a hurry to get me out of the jail the next morning. Because my mother told me that she tried to bail me out the next morning they still was giving her the run around. It was like they had something against me for why they wanted me to "SUFFER" so badly.

Yes it still has me angry that they knew the employees in the russel countyjail, bondsman companies and AAA all knew what time that my mother could pay my fine to bail me out, by 4:30 p.m. before the muncipal court closes.  And it wasn't until after 7:00 p.m. That it was too late to bail me out. So I had to spend the night in jail for no reason other then the police hated my guts for some reason. Because I tried to protect my property when these neighbors had their drinking parties and parking all over my property and blocking my drive way. They wanted to see me "SUFFER".

I did hire me a real lawyer around 01/01/2013 and by the time the trial started, the charges were dropped but I had to agree not to sue this B**** even though she called my son mentally retarded and they put me in jail for defending him. And because of these crooked phenix city muncipal court and police department. I am still being harassed by this B**** and her family since she recently moved her whole family in her house to harass me and bug me.
