Hans Shearer, owner of AAA Companies, worked on my house for six months.  Nearing the end of the project, he picked up my blinds which I paid for at Lowe's, and was to deliver and install at my house.  He came to my house and refused to surrended the blinds, demanded I pay him an additional $8,000; and refused to finish work remaining.  He arranged to have Omni Construction Notices, LLC, contact me and I was told that if I did not pay that a lien would be placed on my property.  As I am a senior and new to Tucson, AZ; I was in shock.  I paid the $8,000 and received an unconditional waiver.  If I were in good health, I would have found an attorney.  Also, his lifetime warantee is worthless.  If you call him back, he finds a reason that it is not covered.

After spending $49,981.23 over a period of months with delays on Hans part, we were coming to the last project.  The amount remaining $1417.33 was due Hans for hanging blinds and connecting the dishwasher.  He always required 50% down on each project and 50% payment upon completion.

Hans was with my daughter and I to select bath and kitchen faucets at Lowes.  He approved of everything we purchased.  He alwo agreed to pick up the blinds and install.

The past practice on all work done by Hans was to pay half before starting and half upon completion.  He changed that on the last day.  Because of his demeaner was agressive, my daughter and I were fearful.  We feared him, and installed an extra lock on the door.  He had a copy of our keys.  Because of his unusual behavior, I agreed to pay him $8,000 to stop the lein on our house.

I had to hire another company to complete the work.

My name is Hans Shearer and Yes I did file a Lien because she asked for extra work and on my contract is states that extra work will be charged for. I original told her I would settle for $2000.00 but she had to pay me in advance for Hanging her blinds for free. Again she did not even want to pay the balance of her job . So i told her if she does not pay me first that she will be resposible for all the extra work that we did which was about $16000.oo worth . She new she was wrong or she would not of paid me. I just wanted to get out of the job and should pof left half way into job but I finished the job and gave her a beautiful houser. Hans Shearer Owner of AAA Companies Inc  520-260-8204  ....On my Lifetime warranty that is on my work and  on all items purchased from us. She went and bought the cheapest fixtures you could buy and on a faucet pop up that was plastic. I told her to spend $45.00 on a metal pop up but she did not want to buy it from me.  I did come back for free and looked  at it when she called and said it was leaking but told her that she bought the product and there for she would have to pay me to replace it. Never use the plastic pop ups that come from 90% of faucets from home depot because they are nothing but problems. If you buy a metal pop up it will last 20 years with no problem.

Hans Shearer is president of AAA Companies, Inc.  He has been incorprated since only February, 2015. Hans Shearer is the only director and the only officer of the corporation.  The corporation is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to do carpentry and remodeling.  He also has a separate license to do plumbing.

I would strongly recommend that you visit the Registrar of Contractors website at azroc.gov and file a complaint.

There is no business named Omni Construction Notices, LLC authorized to do business in Arizona.
