The company has extremely poor customer service. They started out without a very poor sales agent who did not have a lot of knowledge on the granite that was being sold. The granite required corbels which the sales agent approved. Later at the time of installation the installers said the corbels were clearly incorrect. Why would they have been approved?
The manager, Nick, got on the phone and was literally yelling at my wife and I. He was unprofessional and rude on the phone and continued to blame us for something his company approved. They eventually agreed to help us find new corbels that they approved. Their communication was very poor - they never returned phone calls. They promised to do the leg work of going to find new ones, but instead forced me into going to various stores by their inaction.
They scheduled to come back for the install and then cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival. After all the clarification regarding the corbels, the installers installed them incorrectly. When the manger, Nick, was called and emailed about the issue he refused to return calls. I talked to his sales agents who promised a return call - nothing.
The actual granite looks nice, whether it is safely installed we do not know.
The installers were very nice. The manager is a nightmare. I can not imagine every doing business with this company again!

Hello Berwyn,
Firstly, I would like you to know we take complaints regarding our customer service very seriously. In regards to your salesman, I can assure you, any employee that cannot properly attain an expert level of proficiency concerning the stone business will not last long here. We take product knoweldge as the primary key to our sales associates serving the clients in the most optimal way possible. If you had recieved less than adequate service, than we apologize for that, but you know as well as I do, that not all employees are created equally, and that it is always unfortunate when a bad apple can sour the taste of the experience. We always strive for the best service experience for our clients possible, and if you feel that happened here, than we will take that feedback seriously.
Secondly, and this tone may seem sharp. but this site is reserved for being ripped-off or scammed. By your own admission, the installation and installer seem to have handled your experience professionally and expertise, and in the end, like all of our customers, which I assure you, there are many, given that we have been in business for 30 years, are happy with the beautiful work we do here.
You can't make everyone happy, and I'm sure in your day-to-day position, you've yet to make everyone happy either. That, as they say, is life. Believe me when I say, I wish everyone could always be happy 100% of the time. We will always strive to improve, evolve, and adapt. But again, and I say this as professionally as possible, that you were not scammed or ripped off, and we would hope, given the time that has settled since the reported issue, that you would see that distinction.
