They would not tell me what they required in installation to uphold the warranty, in advance (which turned out to be about $2000 worth of stuff). They told me the price and how many miles it had. But then charged me more and would never respond to my request to adjust the charge back to what they had quoted (this appeared in shipping fraud). Sent a piece of crap engine my mechanic said he couldn't even install in good conscience. I told the company and they said they GUARANTEED their product so they would take it back with a full refund. I paid $1375 and they refunded me $400 with no explanation. They received it EXACTLY AS THEY HAD SENT IT TO ME ... still in the crate! They had no proof of mileage. My mechanic said that he could tell it had not been tested at all by the pan oil stains on the engine. Pieces were broken off and there were holes where anything could have fallen into the engine (spark plug holes). Looked like it had been spray painted. Thank God my mechanic refused to put it in! These people are criminals and I am heart broken and furious.
