AAA Northern California Stranded for Almost Four Hours! Emeryville California

 AAA left me stranded for 3.5 hours in 90 degree temperature.  They stated they could not find a towing service that could tow me to my destination 70 miles down the road.  I have paid for this long-distance towiing service for several years but have never had to use it.  Turns out they had only contacted one towing service.  Finally, after I made several calls to them, they contacted another service.  I have had AAA for 26 years but canceled the roadside assistance policy and demanded my full premium be refunded.  Grudgingly they did so.  The fact that I said I would report them to the state's insurance commissioner may have had something to do with it.
