My car broke down and I called AAA they came and tried to start my car it started then died, but after that Johnson's towing driver took a rock and contuously beat hard on my cars starter and disconnected the cruise and vacuum hoses and dented my starter. When I called Jim from AAA he called Johnsons towing and their driver DENIED hitting my car with a rock and said I was lying. AAA said go to the magistrate there is nothing we can do I have 2 conflicting stories. WHat a joke I have no recourse and I told him I wasn't lying and I am a pastor. He didn't care and hung up. What recourse do I have legally? Please help me! I asked AAA for a plus membership for 1 year for free which I feel would've been fair, Jim just denied it and hung up he could care less. How can they get away with thiss? Very Angry,

Lets start by getting all the info needed.
1. what kind of car is it. Year, Make, and Model?
A: 1998 Chevy Cavalier ,
2. Did you stop the driver from beating the rock aginst your starter?
A: I didnt stop him because I didnt realize it was a rock until later
3. Did you call Johnson's Towing about this?
A: NO I complained to aaa about this
4. Has the started been removed for inspetion?
A: no
5. What steps were taken to get the car started the first time?
A: He started the car by turning the key and then it stalled
6. Does the fact that you are a Pastor make any real differance in this case?
A: No except I am telling the truth
7. If the started is damaged to the point where it needs to be replaced?
A: No it is not damaged just dented a bit
8. Have you taken the vehicle by Johnson's to show them the damage?
A: No I have not, the only reason I filed this complaint is because he did hit the starter with a rock which was wrong and he denied it which also was wrong
