I am the owner of AAA Roofing/Remodeling LLC. My company performed work for this customer which included repairing a flat roof, install new downspouts and flashing an existing skylight. All work was performed in one day and completed. The customer was very happy with all work that i performed. The customer asked me to take a look at the skylight and give them my opinion on the stability of the unit. I told them the skylight should be replaced. I also told them that i would cover the cost of the skylight out of my pocket and that they could pay me after the unit was installed. They gave no money up front for the unit but they did pay me for the work that was completed.The skylight replacement had nothing to do with the initial contract. I had to order the skylight which was going to take 5 days for an outside company to make. A week after i performed the initial work i had a death in the family which caused me to travel to California to take care of estate and legal issues. As i was in LA i was in communication with customer via email. As soon as i returned i installed skylight and customer was very happy. They also said that my initial work was great and should of never filed complaint and that they made a mistake. The customer has written a rebuttal to RipoffReport stating that they want it removed. So basically saying i never took there money and ran. Also that the reason that review is so bad is that they were mad at that time. I do agree that the install took a long time but i never took there money. The customer wrote a total lie about my company taking money. I have great reviews from all my customers. My company strives to satisfy all my customers. Thanks.

Chris eventually came out to resolve the issue. All work was completed as originally agreed. I would delete my original report but this website won't let me.
