I emailed this company to let them know that the toner they sent me was packed inproperly and had leaked, they informed me, that since they pay for the shipping, I should not expect my product to arrive safely, after some more discussion, this is the final email I recieved from them:

Always one time buyer, small guy leave a negative. Go ahead., I will shame on you.
