Can you please clarify why the CSR's (called in 3 times) refused to match the price of a tv only because it offered in-store pickup.  This denial was based on the "process of getting the item" rather than the price of the item.  It is not a shipping cost issue.  If I can pay for it online and pick up at the store then how can I be denied for doing so rather than matching the price which you claim you do.  It is equivalent.  Are these CSR's are trained to find anything nomatter how ridiculous.   Is there an addendum to your policy that  allows this kind of denial?  There must be some form of recourse as this is indeed affecting the credibility of the program.  Match the price of the item and if shipping is free then match that or if not then match that cost but you can't deny solely because the option to pick up is offered.  If I was to use the red phone at the NEX or AAfees store to price match what would be the difference?  Please contact me at (((ROR redacted)))
Where is it written in the below rules that local pickup would nullify the price?   In fact, it actually states that you would match a local retailer.  If they are local why would you need shipping?
1. The Exchange Catalog and aafes.com will match a lower price (including shipping and handling) on any identical stock assortment item currently available for sale and delivery in the customer's area from a local retail store's online site. "Identical" is defined as: same brand, same manufacturer, and same model number. For softlines, an identical item has to be the same size, color, brand and style. A local competitor is defined as a retailer doing business in the community where the customer is located. This includes Navy and Marine exchanges. Fine jewelry, collectible giftware, crystal, special orders and Exchange Mall concession sites are excluded.

2. The Exchange Catalog and aafes.com will match AAFES retail stores pricing on identical items found in the customer's local Exchange. Normal shipping and handling charges will apply. Fine jewelry, collectible giftware, crystal and special orders are excluded.
