Saved money for mannequins for a long time for professional photographing of clothing. A small business from my home. Ordered pallets of PLUS size clothing and ordered necessary mannequins from AAFiber.

Sent money in full August 17, 2006 for 2 mannequins. VERY specifically ordered sizes and colors. I even sent a separate email confirming sizes and colors and received confirmation from AAFiber.

In September I received wrong colors and size mannequins. Now I'm sitting on pallets of PLUS clothing unable to photograph with mannequin size they sent. In addition it's almost all black clothing, I ordered white mannequins for contrast, they sent black mannequins instead.

AAFiber had me measure and send photos of what I received to confirm wrong sizes, I did immed. Since then, every week they confirm they are shipping a corrected order. Every week through the end of October I sat on my inventory trusting they had sent it. Every week they are proved liars again as it never arrives.

They don't sent the correct items and don't make good on their promises to make good on their screwups.

Avoid if you can.

update ( stolen money)

this is a update to the above about money that was stolen from me. well this issue was handled very good. before this report was made i ordered a mannequin priced at about $130 or $140 after trying to order a head for $30 the head i ordered was not in stock and i was not givin any money back for over a week. so thats my reason for making lots of calls to the company i mean who would not want to get back money if a item you payed for is not shipped to you. anyhow regarding the mannequin i ordered there after i only payed $107 so i got my refund for the head by getting a discount price on another order. so all in all everything worked out the mannequin arrived on time and in great shape.  this company is good about fixing issues but not in the right way for 1 being a little more truthful about issues and not adding that a consumer was harassing when i was most certainly not the least bit rude or harassing. as i said closer to the top of this report i have ordered from only mannequins more than once about 9 times all together and i have never had a issue like this before. and i have placed a order over the phone before without a problom and got a friendly voice on the other end so for the remark orders are not taken over the phone well this is untrue... however i felt i needed to forgive and forget this issue like i said this is the 1st time i have ever had a big problom with this place it is one of my fav place to order mannequins from cheapest price on mannequins anywhere on the web  lowest shipping and very fast shipping just need to work on the how the employee speaks to a buyer and how to handle issues when they come about without lies. also about my outburst in my last report well...this company does not sell junk i have 5 full body mannequins and 3 heads from them they are all well built and perfect.

calls i made total about 1 call per day for about 5 days straight. so for one get your number of calls right! and when i call i am not rude or harassing  just trying to handle a problom not my fault your company likes to try to steal money having someone pay for a item then go on to say  the item i payed for you dont have. so yeah i called to get my money back does no good to email does no good to call why have a phone number posted to call if you dont want anyone calling it? dont worry about me calling again i will NEVER waste money or time buying any of the cheap junk again. agree 100% with the above liars and a horrable company.

this customer calls us 10's of times a day he has been told several times that his customer service issue cannot be handled over the phone but he calls and harrasess.

also, you have been told that we are not retailers and cannot take your orders over the phone, but to no avail.

i have ordered mannequins from only mannequins about 8 times all went smoothly BUT i have since ordered again and been treated like trash. the people who answer the phones are very rude and love to HANG UP on you when you are in the middle of speeking. they have a number to call but when you call and try to place a order over the phone you are hit in the face with this blunt reply... IT IS BEST TO ORDER ONLINE *CLICK*  or if you are calling with a question it is like this.  IT IS BEST TO EMAIL SALES *CLICK* it is like they are afraid to talk on the phone why have a number??  if you want to make sales and keep people coming back why be so rude and cut calls short? shows you really like your job i guess. bottom line i used to love this company but dont anymore all they seem to do is piss me off and give me a headache.

Considering the rebuttal was made in '09 and my original order was in '06 I'd say the employee who claims to have taken my order has an extraordinary memory!

Nuts to say I didn't order a plus size mannequin, why would I order anything else? His entire rebuttal makes no sense except to lay blame on a customer who waited patiently for them to make an order right.

If you didn't question that you'd sent the wrong sizes, why did you have me take a tape measure to the mannequins and send you my findings?

And I refused help?! Wouldn't allow them to correct the color mistake? I begged them to. Their company cost me weeks of anguish waiting for the correction instead of photographing my inventory. Eventually I realized the correction hadn't and would never be sent, but I harbored hope for weeks and weeks that they would do the right thing.

Sad thing is, the wrong sizes aside, the color correction could have been taken care of with a 1st class package of white stocking material. I would have gladly done the labor of recovering.

He contradicts when he said they did reship the correct color, and the accusation just before it says I refused their help. For what's it worth, I never had a "show on the road" that he refers to, I worked from home. Maybe his memory isn't so good?

The most outlandish accusation though in his rebuttal is that I charged back and got every nickel of my money, but unwilling to give back the mannequins. I should sue you for libel there sir. Another lie like that, and I will.

Your accusations are simply lies and further indicate what appears to be customary for your terrible company.

Wrong size and wrong color rendered the mannequins a terrible expense for me at a most inopportune time. I assure you I would not have turned down any solution or offer of help from them.

i ordered a mannequin thru mannequin hub a company that drop ships the mannequins fromONLY MANNEQUINSi waited 6 days and finaly called to see why i had not got my order. i was told the item was on backorder so i asked what they had in stock and was given a pic of the mannequin they had and i liked it so i ordered it. i got the mannequin 2 days later i was happy with the fast shipping but when i opened the box it was the wrong mannequin! i did not want to deal with returning it so i just kept it. i have since then placed a 2nd order thru ONLY MANNEQUINS and i hope to get the item soon. all in all this company is not all bad the mannequin i got from them was in good shape and packaged well. if my 2nd order comes on time without any hassle i will order from this company again. but if i get the wrong mannequin again i will not ever order from them again mannequins are far to expensive anyways but to pay for one that you did not even want is even worse. but i have put my trust in them one more time and hope it was not a mistake.

, color was our mistake but never let us help.

we reshipped the correct color afterwards and still got no response we had it shipped to her show on the road, we tried several times to get fedex to pick up the items and she will NOT give fedex the merchandise.

she charge backed and got every nickel of her money back but is unwilling to give us back our mannequins.

customer simply wanted mannequins for free and got them.
