On Sept 12, 2009 we signed a contract to move us to Mo. The price was fair, thats why we chose them, but we weren't sure of the date, so they said we could hold that price for one year for the deposit of 656.23.

We did pay them the deposit and then in March of 2010 we called them we would be ready to move in April and he said he couldn't move us for that price,even though we made a deposit to hold that price.

He said he would move us for a much higher price, we told him no we wanted to stay with the original contract. We called him several times and emailed him but he would not respond.

We contacted the Better Business Bureau and even they couldn't get AALL to respond to them.  We only wanted out money back. We have our original signed contract and copy of the personal money order we sent to them.

We have the copy of the money that he signed and deposited to his bank.
