I took my car in to have my radiator sealed; of course, they told me I needed a new one.  I stressed that I needed my car back that same day.  If he could not do that, I would take it to another mechanic shop.  Patrick assured me that it would be done that day (Friday), but it would be at the very end of the day.  I agreed to leave my vehicle.  By 5:00 p.m., I had not heard from Patrick, so I called him.  He said he was not in the office, but the mechanic was working on my vehicle as we spoke and he would call me back in 1/2 hour.  He never called me back.  I checked their website and it stated they were open from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on Saturday.  I called multiple times and no one answered the telephone.  I asked a neighbor to take me to the shop and they were closed.  I did not have my car the entire weekend (I had streed the fact that I needed my car repaired because I needed it on the weekend). 

I called on Monday and Patrick said the car was not ready.  I repeated what he had said to me on Friday, about having my vehicle ready and he said he "never" me that.  I would rather he had not lied to me.  I missed a good friend's funeral; I was not paid for work (I work on an hourly basis) for Monday; and by 10:00 a.m., my vehicle was not ready.  I do not appreciate being lied to and manipulated.  He kept my car the entire weekend and not once did he call me about this so I could make other arrangements.  Lying to your customers is not good business practice.

I will never, ever use this shop again.
