Aanymall.com charged me, no delivery, no communication  Internet

Aanymall is a fraudulent scam. Avoid them. My story:

Tried to purchase a bike. Submitted payment but always declined. I emailed several times for help with no response. Later they raised the price of the bike and I purchased. Received fraud alert from bank, as charges were higher than agreed. As I had made purchase, I assumed difference was in rate exchange.

The next month plus I followed the tracking via THEIR website, I never received a legitimate tracking number, or knew who the courier was. Once it "arrived" in my town, THEIR tracking showed it being undeliverable. I sent over a dozen emails (both from their site, and my personal email) to find out who had my bike so I could pick it up in person. No response again. A few days later THEIR tracking showed it was delivered at my door at 8:47 am. On a Sunday. I was home then. No courier (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL) delivers on Sunday. My neighbor across the street has security cams that show my front of house (including door) and driveway. Nobody stopped by or delivered anything at that time (or at all) according to their time stamped video.

I have filed a dispute and fraud complaint with my bank and Visa over this matter, and it is currently under investigation. Do not purchase from them.
