I received a letter from these guys containing no real information as to what the debt is. I went to the website in hopes of finding some information on who the debt may be with. The only thing it says is DJO Global. No idea who that is. I googled DJO Global and it seems to be a medical equipment company, since we have had some hospital stays in the last few years I thought I would clear it up just in case. The website says you can make payments and for 24 hours it offered a reduced amount. I accepted the offer and went thru the filling out the form and cc information. The website just loops back around in circles unless you select to pay the "full" amount. When you accept the reduced amount it populates a zero in they payment amount with no way to change it. So the reduced amount really doesnt exist. When you call the number its just answering machine. Not sure what the racket is, but it seems to be just accruing extra "interest" for a debt they havent proved I have, or even listed a creditor I have ever heard of. I have never done business with a DJO Global. I am stating in a public place I have not authorized any charges to my card other than the $107 reduced amount.
