As it seems that I have been directly named and mentioned within the content and context of a customer complaint filed, I would like to clear my name of any said allegations of theft or corrupt business conduct on any and all jobs worked on while employed by and for Aaron Remodel and Chad Flake. My name is Mitch B., and any and all said allegations are false and untrue. Were any of this factual, I surely would not be an employee of this or any other contrating firm for whom and which I work for or represent.

I would also find it hard to believe or lean directionally towards the fact of the matter in as far as the numerous customers and clientele for which I have done repeat work for, nor the many references acquired from past customers due to the quality and professional demeanor in which my work ethics comply.

Well since the last time the in-laws was posted Chad Flake was in the middle of getting his family taken care of and finishing the in-laws house. However, whistle blower was not aware of everything that was going on she or he was trying to protect his or her family...

But Chad Flake is making good on his contract there for please disregard what whistle blower has posted..

It is like this not everyone is perfect you must give some one a chance and you must know everything before you judge some one, by what others say....

She had many change orders, which are all in writitng and signed, I have pictures, receipts, and signatures from your mother in law that the job was completed satisfactory. I actually just talked to her again today and everything is signed. If you feel YOU have been wronged in some way maybe you should hire an attorney for yourself.

This report is from Heath Zingelman. He is crazy. He tried to break in our home, hit my husband in the head, and said he put a snake in our back yard where our children play-I have the police report to prove it. He needs to file a law suit if he truly feels he was "ripped off" and stop using violence and slander as a tactic. We have a wonderful court system Heath maybe you should use it. Violence an threats do not solve anything.

My In-laws had the same experience. I had recommended him because he had moved in across the street from me and i had seen on his truck that he fixed homes etc. I in laws had gotten a house after there was a death in the family. Chad had came in after some one had already tore down the sheet rock and started to remodel the house. He had gotten a contract from them around $11.000 after that it went all down hill. He said that he had fired (two) of his hands for stealing from him and taking supplies back to home depot and trading it in for power tools. Then he hired on back.

His name was mitch. My mother in law had some expensive bath room fixtures come up missing. He would tell them that they needed to pay him more and more and more till he took nearly $20.000 over the contract. The inlaws had paid him up front for the carpet the tile the plumbing ( he said that the plumbers that we had hired before he came into the picture was not doing the work) But he never had paid for the carpet, never paid the tile guy for the work he had done, he had not paid the plumber for the work that he had done.

They all came to the inlaws.... He had screwed up alot of custom cabinet tops by cutting and cutting we had went to get another top so he would not have to cut it but i be darn if he didn't cut that one too. (When it did not to be cut on besides to shorten it.


He said that he would replace it that his Wife Jennifer had very deep pockets that he would replace the cabinet tops with good custom top's. He has yet to do so he has yet to finish the house . Come to find out he had messed around a bunch of other people such as plumbers carpet suppliers the list goes on and on.

And Chad Flake has Moved as of Saturday June 28th 2008 since some one had posted the first rip off of him...

I wished there was a LAWYER that would read this and respond to help every one that he has stole from....
