I was almost ripped off by Aaron Smith-Levin who, I later found out, has no credentials to flip houses and pays cash to his cheap workers. He offered me a property in Clearwater, FL. I did some research and was told there was asbestos in the house somewhere but Smith-Levin did not specify where this was, somewhere outside maybe but not in the house. I ended up not buying it but a co-worker that I had told about the house entered into a contract with Smith-Levin with the intent to buy the house. He put down some money. Only afterwards he discovered that a section of the roof had a one year lifespan left. The electrical outlets in the house had three prongs but after inspection it turned out that there were only two wires underneath which meant the house was not grounded! If he had hooked up a blow dryer to these outlets it could have caused a circuit overload! None of this information was given by Smith-Levin! He then decided to cancel the contract and get his money back but Smith-Levin said that he wasn’t giving the money back because he had "taken the house off the market.” Only after being threatened with a report to the county authorities for his scam he returned the money.

HOAX... ALL MADE BY A THIRD PARTY!

AUTHOR: Paul - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2019

Aaron Smith-Levin is a former Scientologist who has been speaking out against the cult for several years now.

The fact that this rip-off report does not include anyone actually getting ripped-off,

the fact that it was posted by an anonymous third party,

the fact that everything claimed to be a problem with the property are all items that a property buyer would have discovered when they had the property  inspected (which is a common procedure when purchasing a home),

are ALL indications this is a HOAX.

It appears to be an attempt to tarnish Aaron Smith-Levin's reputation as revenge for speaking out publically against the cult of Scientology.

It is very common for Scientology to behave this way.

In fact, they have purchased the domain www.aaronsmithlevin.com and created a website full of fabricated information in the same pursuit.

THIS SMELLS LIKE A HOAX!
