 Aarons lease to own sounds like a great deal when you have less than perfect credit, to the contrary, this company hires people that have little to no training related to what they sell. I leased two couches,a laptop,a dinette and queen size mattress. Right from the start, the laptop battery died in two months, the chairs that were supposed to be "leather" cracked and fell apart, the couches are so inferior to what they compared them to, I am ready to throw them in the garbage, they sag when you sit on them and the cushions are flat (1 year old) They "assured" me that the dinette seats are leather and they gave me excuses like "if they sit in the sunlight they will crack if not treated, I have a 12 year old Lincoln LS with real leather interior and shows NO sign of cracking! Then they came out and took pictures of the seats and said they will call the manufacturer and get back to us,also they said that they are that old that they may not be made anymore even though they have the same seats sitting in the showroom! They must think that I was born yesterday! Little do they know that I am in retail for 20 years now and I know a buls****** when I see one! I know they won't do anything about my complaints, so I guess it's a hard lesson learned and I should've never ever have done this!

THE COMPANY BUYS INFERIOR PRODUCTS FROM OVERSEAS AND CHARGES PREMIUM PRICES FOR THEM, SO YOU REALLY SAVE NOTHING!  ********NEVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE***!!!!*****LEATHER MY a*s****NEW PRODUCTS MY a*s****THE ELECTRONICS ARE REFURBISHED****!!!

 The chair cushions were fixed today (replaced) Now I have to call the store manager to replace the cushions on the couch. I fell bad that I had to go this route to get the proper service that should've been handled at the store level. They still need to work on communicating with the customers as to what is going on with issues with their issues.

Well I called the number that was on the report rebuttle and spoke to Jessica. She was very professional and cordial. She took note of all my complaints and wants to get these issues fixed. She forwarded the information to the regional manager of the Rockaway store and that I should be hearing from them as early as tomorrow. Thank you Jessica.
