Aaron's Rent And Sales- Harassing phone calls Reno Nevada

Earlier this year I purchased a Dell Laptop from the Aaron's Rent and Sales here in Reno. In my lease agreement the payments are due on the 15th of every month. Every month I get a phone call from Aaron's telling me that my payment is late and that I need to come in and make the payment and I tell them every time that it isn't due until the 15th and that I will pay it on the 15th as stated in the lease agreement. They call me four or more times a day for several days before someone finally believes me.

I always use my debit card when making payments. The first months payment I made was, as usual, made with my debit card. I got a call from Aaron's a week later telling me that the "check" that I wrote was returned and the payment was charged back to my bank acocunt. I told them that I had not made the payment with a check and that I had used my debit card. I called my bank to find out if there was a chargeback and they said there wasn't. I printed a copy of my bank statement and took it into the store. These people called me for a month and were insistant that the payment was made with a check and that it was charged back to my bank account, I had called my bank numerous times and Aaron's even had a copy of my bank statement showing that there were no chargebacks and that they had recieved the payment and that it was made using my debit card.

I will finish paying off my laptop as agreed, but I am never going to buy anything from this company again.
