AARONS RENTAL REPAIR BIG SCREEN TV NO SHOW FOR P/U OR REPAIR AND NO LOANER TV TRENTON, EWING New Jersey

I rented a big screen tv from aarons I still owe some money on it it has just been over a year since i started the lease the tv needs to be repaired i called aarons they sent out the delivery guys to look at it deceided it was broke and set up an appointment to pick up the tv and replace it with a loaner tv same size (52 inch) well that was last week when i called the day they were suppose to bring me a loaner tv and pick up mine to be repaired which i was told could take any where from 2 weeks to 3 months by 4pm i have not heard from aarons on when they would arrive at my home when i called the store i was told they only had a 26 inch tv to loan in place of my 52 inch i explained that was not fair to me as though i am still making payments on the 52 inch they explained if i waited till monday they would have a loaner in my size this was on saturday when monday came there still was no arrons i called again they explained that they had a 40 inch loaner but no 52inch and they were unable to contact the driver this was at 11:30am on monday at 6pm monday night i called again they still could not get a hold of the drivers and explained that they would be there that night to provide the loaner i told them to contact the driver and i would call back in 1 hour

when i called back every person i every spoke to at arrons was not availible they were all in the field making deliveries i explained that i know that this store only has 1 truck and how is every one driving one truck??I got upset and my husband called back around 7:45 and they explained that they would be there and this is now tuesday and still no call or sight of aarons i paid most of the tv off my balance s very small compared to the price of the tv and I am not walking away from this $3000.00 in the hole and a broken tv
