1. Aaron's took our television, claiming they were making repairs, and simply "blew us off".
2. We made our final payment on December 12th, 2007. There is a automatic 60 days warrenty coverage starting on the last day of payment. Which is actually the 31st of the month since payment is always made in advanced.
3. Basically, the took our money--$2,000, and took our televisions set, when it broke down during the final warrenty.
4. They have pulled all of the standard stunts. Putting us on hold, not calling back, passing us around to other employees.
5. We tolorated their games from December 17th, 2008 to today's date; February 22, 2008!!!
6. Yesterday we filed a formal complaint, with the State of Oregon's Department of Justice.
7. On March 3rd, 2008, we are going to file a tort to get our entire cost of the purchase back--$2,000. dollars.
8. We kept accurate records, and used our cell phones to make all phone calls to them. We also kept a calender, and journal of stunts.
9. We understand that they have been turned over to WETIP.COM for drug sales and use on and during store hours.

Wow, this is news to me. All I was doing this weekend, was trying to find the email address to Aaron's sales and lease , and I came across this. WOW!!!!! I am the Regional accounts manager, and I am the one who is charge of helping people if there is ever a problem. I have not heard one thing about this. I am curious though, why did you not try to seek help from the corporate office? I realize that you are upset, let me see what I can do to help the situation. I do know that Damien was out of the office for most of Jan. and Feb. due to an injury, surgery, and then complications, so it could have been overlooked by a newer assistant manager.
