Aaron's Sales & Lease/general Manager/ Mall Pinkerton/ b.naggy Illegal Entry, Physical Abuse, Civil Rights Violations, And Assult FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS Illinois

February 14 at approximately 7:30 or 8am as I had just gotten out of the shower I was startled to see that there were three men in my living room.

They proceeded to come towards me and were attacking me which is why I was struggling to get away from them because I was naked and was trying to get my clothes.

I was thinking that they were trying to sexually assult me. I was trying to grab the clothes that were in my bedroom chair. There was a white hair male that was more aggressive than the other two.

He told the other two men that they could let go of me because he had me and they could grab whatever was in the house they wanted and to move quickly and get out of the house.

As soon as they let go, I was able to struggle with the white haired guy and got free after he fumbled over the chair in my bedroom. I grabbed my underwear, bra and cell phone in the chair.

I ran towards the garage where my car was at because I knew I had my coat in here. Unfortunately the two guys that were in the kitchen grabbing things stopped what they were doing and grabbed me.

Then the white haired guy grabbed me again and wrestled, me down to the floor by grabbing in between my thighs with his hand touching my private areas and twisting my wrist while forcing me on the floor.

He then straddled me with one knee in my lower back and the rest of his body on top of me with his hand on top of my neck while forcing my head to the floor.

I had my cell phone in my hand and managed to get 911 while screaming, "Please help me, He's on top of me now, He's trying to kill me." I was struggle so hard to get away from them , I was hyperventilating alone with being panicky with chest pains.

by the time the police got to my home Aaron's Sales Personnels was gone . police called ambulance I was taken to the hospital .

From the hospital then jail for me, I was in jail from 14-15 February, $ 300.00 bond With a court date 19 February 2008 for Resisting Aaron's personnel and the police whom I didn't know who they were because they were Illegal Trespass with Force (already in my house. )

Aaron's had a fast order for Replevin files on me, with a court date of 26 February 2008, which Aaron's stole the wisher, dryer, computer, clothes, desk, and many others things on 14 February 2008. from my home, and attacking me.

Aaron's sales personnel Vandalize my home knowing that the washer, and dryer they took from my home was paid for.

I have document for all payment, also document that their computer had been turn in to their company December 2007, they took cloth, that was in my dryer, cloths that was in the washer computer desk,

I pray that someone could help me , I have all document proving that I have all right to the things that Aaron;s have taken from me.

I have two court dates, 26 February 2008 for Order For Replevin Aaron's Plaintiff which AARON'S have already taken even thoe it is not their property but my property.

A court date for trial April 16 2008 for Resisting and struggling with Aaron's sales personnel and sheriff from repo that I was not aware of .
