aarons/bud did not come to get refrigerator and mattress called the3m they were nasty ad hung up on mme springfield Massachusetts

i am writing to you because i am a customer of aarons on liberty in springfield ma. i have about 5 rentals with them and have been paying them monthly faithfully. when i first started i had it set up so i could pay on the 3 of each month and then again on the second wednesday of each month also. well arrrons kept calling harrassing me . i tried to expllain my payment check dates anthony did not want to hear it he was very rude and nasty they called 2or 3 times a day.  i got tired of the harrassment and called and told them to come and get their stuff they scheduled for today 3/19 and then got a call saying they would be here between 1-7pm they never showed up and when i called they acted stupid said they didnt know anything about this.  we were home all day waiting and they said that they came here and we were not home. when i asked bud to come and get it he said to me dont boss me around and rudely hung up.   be ware of aarons on liberty street springfield ma
