Ripped off - ordered spare batteries and gel and was to get spare belt ripoff, charged my charge account but never received merchandise ordred back in april .....

i bought a belt at a nearby store and there was a pamplet inside to order extra batteries(10),gel and they would send a free belt. so i ordered this back in april, they told me it would take 6 weeks, well here it is november 18th and i haven't received them yet!

i called the company that is on my visa bill, cause they charged my visa $55.70 on april 12, and i just get a voice mail and they said for refunds go to orders@abenergizer.com, so i did and i emailed them and still haven't heard anything!
