Ab Renovations aka Bill  took payment for a new roof and he stole the money until I was able to track down his probation officer and get him forced to return the money to Me. He stole 3565.00 and returned 3560.00. However he pulled a bait and switch on me.

I had a contractor come and do the work and I had to pay 1500.00 more to get the roof done when Billy Boy quoted me a lot less. My new tenants are very angry that they don't have the nice architectual shingle roof I promised prior to them renting.

Bill is on probation and has had cases in several counties in mid-ga.  

DUMBA** IS DOING BUSINESS A YEAR AFTER HE GOT OUT OF PRISON. His business isn't even licensed and doesn't he have insurance.

FOR GODS SAKE Do your homework - call and get his probation officers name and number. You too can report him to Officer Josie

All you do is google Billy Ray Norris and get his birthday April ? 1945 and go to the internet and google probation officer who is based out of the Gwinette office. they can track him down. 

He doesn't want credit cards always wants cash. I was such a fool, I sent him over 25,000 in work in about 30 days.
