Ordered Dedicated hosing, with specific needs for FrontPage Server and SCSI hard drive. The server was not set up the way I wanted, and was not able to use. I had asked that they correct the problem, but they were not able to help me. They advertised the SCSI hard drives and FrontPage Server extensions, but did not provide them. They would not give me my DNS or IP address. After repeated request. This made the service completely useless. I told them my needs before they charged my card, but they ignored them.
