Greg Oswald provided an initial approval from Auburn Fund after certain "conditions" we met. Once we provided everything to Greg he solicited funds for a 3rd party Abacus Guard LLC to provide an inspection of the Apartment buildings and to produce a report. After getting the run around for 3 months I discovered that both Abacus Guard and Auburn Fund both have virtual offices, use the same receptionist (who have no knowledge of either business or the people within them).
Abacus Guard and Auburn Fund never even contacted the buyer or seller to set up an inspection. At this point 90days later my borrower and I requested a refund from these companies and have been completely ignored. When I pressed the issue further with Greg Oswald he pretended that I did not even have a deal with them and he did not know who I was. I have full documentation of everything from the beginning. Greg networks heavy on Linkedin and you can not find a single loan reference from him. Greg and Abacus are a complete scam.
We also asked to meet in person and they have also refused to provide an actual physical office address where they do business. They took over $2,000 and provided nothing except insults after being pressed for a refund.

This is my first time using this service. I have the same experience with this company and I will be pursuing it legally and with criminal charges against them. I want to get in contact with this person who also was ripped off. How can I get in contact with them, your service does not allow me to give out my private information?
