I ordered the Reman Lexmark 83 (18L0042) Color Inkjet Cartridge and NEVER received it. They sent me a black cartridge which is the wrong one and I cannot use it. I had to go out to purchase the color cartridge somewhere else. This company should give me a refund or send me the right cartridge. They should send me a shipping label or packaging to return the cartridge that cannot be used. I should not have to pay for their mistake and I should get the item I paid for. I contacted my credit card company already. I do not have money to pay to return an item that I did not order and that I cannot use! I need the color cartridge or a refund because I never received the item I ordered!
