ABC Distributing LLC Customer Service NIGHTMARE Company is a RIPOFF North Miami Florida

My story is as follows:

"I placed an order with ABC in October 2004. When I received my order on November 2, 2004, one of the items was missing (Cat in the Hat video) and replaced with an item (Christmas ornament) I did not order. I returned both the ornament and another item (Green Eggs and Ham Video) and asked to cancel the Cat in the Hat video, as I no longer wanted either video. I then subtracted the amount of the videos ($5.95 x 2) from my invoice and paid for my other two items and the shipping cost. My check has since cleared the bank.

I also received another email on November 13, 2004 stating that the Cat in the Hat video I ordered was being processed. The same item I had requested to cancel. I then went online and placed a remove item from shipping request and ABC replied that it would be processed within 48 hours. I never heard back until this morning when I received a shipping confirmation email for the video that I NO LONGER WANT. I have proof that I requested that item not be shipped. I will simply refuse the package and it will be returned to you, since I don't think its fair that I have to pay return shipping for a package I requested not to be sent.

I received a reminder via email today that my account was over due by $11.90. Which is the cost of the two videos. I have proof that UPS delivered my package to your return department on November 5, 2004. Why am I still being charged for the items that I returned? I went online and filed an invoice dispute. I sent in a check to your company for the total amount (plus shipping) of the items I kept. I see no logical reason for me to send a check in for the total amount, when I will just be receiving a refund for the item s returned. You simply should credit my account $11.90 and I will not owe a penny."

This is an except from a letter I sent the company via two fax numbers ans snail mail and I have not heard a word back. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and contact their legal department. I have proof of all my dealings with ABC and will keep copies and send them to the BBB.

You CANNOT contact this company. Published phone numbers don't let you through. There is no email address and the Collections Number is not registered with the phone company which means it is either a cell number or a pay phone.

I think the company is a RIPOFF! My advice is to STAY AWAY!!
