ABC Financial - Premier Fitness - Better Business Bureau Ripoff, Illegal, hidden Fees await unsuspecting gym members North Little Rock Arkansas

ABC Financial is a major player in the financing of long-term membership contracts for hundreds of gyms and fitness centers in the United State.

Gym membership rank up there with used car dealers and extended warranties. ABC Financial spoils the fun of getting in shape by taking customers for rip-off ride of their life.

I signed a simple one-year contract with Premier Fitness Center on Preston in Louisville. The salesman had me sign a simple contract and discusses no fees other than the standard rotating monthly charge, billed to my credit card.

My credit card company was beginning to do some dubious things themselves around this time by changing billing dates, etc. This caused a late fee AND a service charge by ABC Financial when my account showed insufficient fund.

The total charge was $37 dollar even though they received the regularly scheduled payment within 48 hours. I was upset but paid the fee without complaint. A few months later my credit card company made a legitimate mistake they apologized for and refund their fees.

Unfortunately ABC hit me again during this time frame. I received a letter informing me I could dispute the charge. I wrote a letter and disputed it. I even had my credit card company call them explaining their mistake.

After three weeks of not hearing back from ABC I called. The telephone rep. said they had received my letter. I inquired why they didn't respond. They said they had made their decision and the charges would stand.

In other words, they had NO intention of contacting me. The Better Business Bureau is in bed with this company and will not post my complaint. I also have a complaint against Premier Fitness for deceptive business tactics that the BBB also does not have on their website.
