ABC PROCESS SERVICE Arthur Cirillo Doesnt Pay Sub Contractors and Degrades Women Business Owners Dallas Texas

 ABCs Owner Arthur Cirillo is a maniac, he screamed and used profanity at my wife the owner of our company when we contacted him about the $ 1575.00 owed in late fees plus the $ 225.00 in actual fees for serving 2 papers and delivery of 1 paper to New Orleans US Supreme Court. All these assignments were completed within 24 hours of assignment. The service of process was completed within 6 hours of being assigned, and these are service of process assignments that had been previously assigned to another agency and they were unable to complete the service that we completed after just printing off the sent papers we served 1 about 2 hours after printed then the second paper about 3 hours after printed and the delivery of documents to the Supreme Court was completed within the hour of printing the documents sent. ABC Process took personal credit for this service and failed to notify these clients that they were using sub contractors; so after Arthur Cirillo called my wife at 9:07PM Screaming about an email from our legal department that demanded payment and late fees saying he has been in business for over 40 years and all american businesses pay net 90 meaning 90 days after job is completed pament is given to the vendor. My wife politely advised that we are a 24/7/365 agency, however rude and threatening behavior towards staff as well as calls regarding accounts payable or accounts receivable are only handled during normal business hours 8a-5p. My wife stated this 4 times as Arthur continued to yell at my wife and call her every derogatory name towards a female that can be thought of; Arthur sounded as if he was intoxicated as he was slurring his words and kept repeating hinself. Finally after about 15 minutes my wife terminated the call.

About 10 minutes went by and mind you its around 9:30pm and my wife had enough so she screamed back at him and told him he can talk to his wife that way not her. She ended the call. Arthur called and hung up 6 times.from 943pm till 1017pm. The next day we called the ABC Office and Arthurs wife Carolyn answered and stated she is only one person and only one who can cut checks, refused to do our late fees and Arthur was screaming in the background that bi%$hes should not run a business. So, I pledged to blast this so called Process Service and my wife contacted the 3 clients that we provided service for and they advised that they were unaware that ABC was utilizing a secondary service and 2 of the 3 clients asked for our information as they said they would like to use us from now on. We are sending ABC Process Service to collections.
