Abc restoration Jt company owner took my parts and will not return Azusa California

I had abc restorations do some powder coating, polishing, Anodizing and chroming. I have a restoration shop and rely on good quality people and buisnesses to help with this process. JT from ABC talks a good story but does not follow thru at all.

I have given him over 5k worth of work and was told I would receive the work back within the next few weeks. That was 8 month ago. I have received some of the work back over this time but not close to what was given him. It appears that he has lost my parts or destroyed them to where he is afraid to tell the true story.

At this point he will not return any phone calls or texts for the past 2 months and there has been many. These parts are very difficult to locate for classic cars. At this point I am at a loss and feel my parts are gone. Out of the many company’s i deal with this one is the worst I have ever done work with.

Quality is very low and customer service is beyond aweful. Im not sure how they stay in business. The worst thing about this is that JT requires all the money up front or he will not do the work. My mistake for trusting that type of business. This was my first experience with ABC and my last. Please beware.
