Charles Alexander and his partner, Edward Barrett, of Colorado and Arizona took $38,500.00 from me to get a project funded. They did not accomplish this contracted agrement, and will not refund our money as promised. This has stretched out almost three years.They have signed a new contract to repay and have reneged on that. They operate uner another name, as well, abc1fundingsource.
