I purchased a giftcard from abcgiftcards about a month ago. The card should have had $100 on it. I went to try the card at the store and it was declined which was absolutely embarrassing. I then checked the balance through the phone number on the back and it showed the card had a $0 balance. I contacted abcgiftcards.com and asked them for a refund. They emailed me saying refund was issued but it never was.
After being lied to by abcgiftcards.com, I then escalated the case and disputed the charge with paypal. Their dispute resolution process is a joke. I submitted my report then without asking me anything, paypal denied the claim.
Their customer service is horrible and their guarantee is a flat out lie. Do not trust these Jersey sewer rats with anything.
