Abel Munoz Orlando Florida and Pennsylvania Mr Munoz defrauded Auto Repair Contract Orlando Florida

In the week of Aug 24,2015 Mr Abel Munoz requested a second opinion on a reapir for his 2009 Audi A4 White,VIN WAULF78K49N056319  with PA plate JPH2507.The was a massive oil leak and the quotes he had were in excess of $1500.00.We checked the vehicle for him at no charge and did some clean up of the oil mess on the undercarrage and engine to get a more accurate assesment of the cause of the leak. We told him to return in a few days for a recheck,which he did.

At that time which was Aug 28th,2015,we rechecked the car and gave Mr Munoz a estimate of $1087.54 to repair the leak with a guarantee it would be fixed.He was very happy we could save him money and wanted to bring it in on Sept 4,2015 for the work. We ordered the parts and did not require any up front money.Mr Munoz came in as scheduled for the work,but said he had some hardships and could he pays us $900.00 and pay balance in 1 week;Sep 11,2015.

MR Munoz seem sincere in his request and being new to the area with a family and kids in a dangerous sitiation for a oil leak fire,I agreed on a handshake and his gentelmans word to accept the terms.Mr Munoz was very thankful for our help and assured us he would not let us down.I gave him a ride to his home as this was the only car they owned.Thre repair was completed same day and we picked Mr Munoz up at his home.When we arrived at shop he said he had to use $100.00 of the 900.00 for kids scholl stuff.I acceted his payment of 800.00 and a balnce of 287.54 next friday.He saaid he would be there and shook my hand and thanked me.

Well come Sept 11,2015 at 6PM ,no show or call from Mr Munoz.I called on Monday,sepr 14,2015 and he said he had a bad week  and would be in by Wed Sept 16,2015..Since such time Mr Munoz has failed to answer any calls or messages.Mr Munoz;,to be polite;is a scammer and NOT a man of his words and uses his kids  to rip people off.I have been in business 24 years and still trust people and will not let this go unanswered.I will update this file after I have the case number from the Orange County FL courhouse case i have filed.
