Attention People, Abercrombie & Fitch is scamming people with fake online reviews on their website.

I have seen the pattern of fake reviews all over their website Abercrombie.com when you see the reviews on each of their clothing products. You can leave reviews whether you like their particular items or not, you have the right to post your experience but I can tell you my experience when I wrote about a product I regularly buy. Since as their Woven Boxers and when I posted my comment, they deleted it  (4 times) and I also noticed they deleted a series of 1-star reviews on customer claiming the same thing on their woven boxers for example. Yet within hours if a 1-star appears, you get a series of 5-stars right away with cloned comments reposted and yours deleted. I decided to look further around their website and I found a series of comments using the same comments with different names, different cities as if they think they can fool their customers on their reviews but they’re reviews written by Abercrombie & Fitch themselves. Either they hired a company to write these reviews or the people who run their website are doing it and probably been told too to keep sales positive to post 5-star reviews.

Listen, I like Abercrombie & Fitch but their quality as gotten worse in the less couple of years, they are moving their materials from cotton stuff to mostly more polyester now and there’s probably the reason because polyester is cheap & made man but it’s not cotton they are known for. Since their retail stores are taking a hit on poor sales its possibly they are cutting back on their materials for cheaper materials which polyester is cheap material. I blame the problem on their executives not innovating in today’s free market as they are downsizing their quality instead but writing fake online reviews pretending to be customers? Get real and to delete 1-star reviews on real customers too? If so, why bother having reviews on their website if they’re so concerned to delete reviews even if they meet the guidelines? Whoever is running their website needs to be addressed because I’ve spotted their business model and they are lying to customers on fake 5-star reviews on their clothing products.

I have made snapshots on their fake reviews which I want to address this to Abercrombie & Fitch customers since Abercrombie & Fitch is not responding on this matter nor are they realizing their quality is getting worse for customers to complain on their polyester clothing. Yes, polyester is awful compared to natural cotton and yes I have a right to post my review even if I don’t like polyester Abercrombie & Fitch for cheating us customers on your cut on materials.

So Abercrombie & Fitch, stop your business model of fake 5-star reviews on Abercrombie.com and listen to your customers, even if we ask for cotton back especially when we have bought cotton products from your business for years, don’t avoid the problem, fix the problem, polyester and fake reviews is not the answer.

Here’s my review as it was deleted 4 times as it meets the guidelines, they still deleted it.

“Beyond bad quality”

I wasn't expecting Abercrombie all in sudden to make unnecessary bold changes to their undergarments over the years by putting “ELASTANE” in their once “ALL COTTON” woven boxes.

I also think Abercrombie taking out the lettering Abercrombie out of their waistband was also a bad decision as well. Who would have thought of taking out their brand name from their waistband to no lettering inside the waistband at all? It was quality all the way till they went from all cotton and kicked 3% of the cotton out for man-made elastane and then putting in side flaps that also were unnecessary and then to top it, they removed their labeling inside the waistband. It’s like putting all quality cotton boxers to now generic boxers. Who’s idea was that? Kicking quality out the door and moving low quality to Abercrombie & Fitch instead? Third to make it even more cumbersome is this stretchy now underwear, seems like they were thinking briefs but with a boxer design. Can you say wrong?

I’ve got years and years with their all cotton boxers and then they make the bold move to kick it over and give you so much less now.

-again, they keep deleting and deleting my comments, so I'm posting them here on ripoffreport since they are not letting their customers speak.

More fake reviews by Abercrombie & Fitch, CEO ms. fran horowitz

Here's more proof the reviews by Abercrombie & Fitch are fake. One on these pages there were 1-star reviews but they were removed over and over and where they posted right away 5-stars to replace them. It's a way to lie to customers to fool them the customers are claiming they like the products but they're fake. You see Abercrombie & Fitch doesn't want angry customers so they delete those reviews even if they are just claiming on their products within guidelines, so their guidelines terms & conditions is bogus, they don't follow it when you read it.

Fake online reviews

Yes the reviews on Abercrombie are real fishy, the company will give you discriptive information on their reviews, you are to believe they are real but how do you assume they are real? If reviews are deleted and they meet the guidelines for posting then what makes them decide to erase them and post 5-star reviews right after?

Again, it's very fishy and very dishonest if customers don't have a right to know, especially if they delete reviews that are honest.
