 The photo is the Master Plumber who is pulling apart all of Rainbow contractors work and installing the right way. there was 6500.00 in repairs. The contractor also charged me 3200.00 to install a Mr. Steam unit. The cost of the steam was 2700.00. When we turned on Mr steam it started and then wham...nothing.... master plumber looked inside of the unit, when the contractor installed it..they broke the solenoid valve, and didn't say anything...when we turned it on water gushed out and fried the mother board. I had to pay for another unit and another install. Abiel Garza Fernandez was fired from this job. I guess when the project manager takes naps in his truck outside of your house this isn't a good sign.
