Brian Acosta FROM Matrix Capital - Ability Capital Solutions, Blue Star Capital promised to get financing but never happen and even kept the deposit. IF you give negative comments, their attorney, Mark Scott, responded by suing you. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THEM.

FYI. Jeffrey Nye and Thomas Haren, two lawyers in Ohio offered to take the case for free in similar lawsuit "eBay seller Med Express Inc vs. customer".  Follow below link or search the web.
