Abington Solutions SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Abington, Massachusetts Internet

first i recieved an e-mail from abington solutions statign that they recieved an application for a 5,000 dollar debt consolidation loan and that i was approved but needed 800 dollars to secure the loan. they told me i had to western union the money to a kenita tulley out of canada. so i did and i called them back and gave them the confirmation number of my payment and they said they would call me back in 1 hour! they called me back after one hour and said they reviewed my application another time and after a second review they were gonna need another 800 dollars in order to recieve my funds within 24 hours! i told them i didnt have it and that i wanted my initial payment of 800 dollars back they said ok ..a certified check will be mailed to you within 30 days! 30 days has passed and no check! i try calling them and right away it goes to a computer generated voice saying "GOODBYE".

does anyone have any advice on how i can get my money back?
