This Company says they support Troops, but thats a BIG FAT LIE, They took our deposit, then had 20 different companies call us to transport our car before the day we had requested. we decided we didnt want to use them afterall and they kept the deposit.

I called to state that we needed our deposit back and was told to Put the request in writing, I did submit the request and called back 4 wks later after the amount showed up on our credit card. They further claimed the deposit wasnt refundable which that not true because the email I first got said the deposit is refundable if your car isnt shipped.

There Customer Service dept brags about being in business for more than 20yrs and they didnt care if i filed a report to the BBB, because they always get away by paying off.

Well If the BBB doesnt do anything about it, I hope the internet does!!!!!!

THEY ARE A RIP OFF. STAY AWAY.

You Refused Able Auto's Services, that's why they didn't work

I believe that you don't understand the concept of the company Able Auto Transport. Their job is to take your order and book your car with moving company, because they are a large company they can give you better prices than if you were to contact the moving company directly. They are basically a middle man, that is why they had other companies call you to move your car.

The deposit is non refundable because they had to pay on your behalf to book with the companies who you refused to let move your vehicle.

I just shipped my Mazda Miata to Hawaii from Arkansas using Able Auto Transport and they were WONDERFUL. They booked me with Cougar Auto Transport to move my car to California, and they used Matson to ship it to Hawaii. The estimated shipping time was 3 to 4 weeks, the car arrived unscathed in two weeks, two days. They were also hundreds of dollars cheaper than other offers for moving my car that I received. I am so impressed with Able Auto, I would definitely use them again!
