Able Debt Settlement ADSI ADSI - Failure To Provide Service! They should be put out of business. Irving, Texas

Late January of this year, 2009, I recieved a call from ADSI, aka, Able Debt Settlement, of Irving, Texas, claiming they could negotiate my debt down with my creditors to a reasonable amount. When they rep gave me the monthly amount, my draw dropped.

Thress months into their system (mind you no negotiations had been resolved at this point) and after paying over $600.00 in fees, I started receiving calls and letters from my creditors, collection agencies and lawyers.

Evertime I called ADSI I felt like I was bothering them when all I wanted to know was what is happening since I am receiving all these coorespondances. All they kept telling me was "Tell them ADSI is handling your account".

This went on for six months with absolutely no negotiations between ADSI and my creditors. One time I spoke to the legal department of one of the creditors and they had no knowledge, correspondance or records of ADSI contacting them.

I called one more time. This time after I got home from work and received two notices of Summonses from Attorney representing two of the creditors. I was now being sued! My stomach just dropped to the floor. I am now filing Bankruptcy. Something I did not want to do.

Bottom line. ADSI has some good sales people. They are just like all the others. They take your money with the pretense that they can help but all they do is sit on your money until it's finally to late, for you and me, the consumer.

My lawyer is also working on trying to regain some of those funds that I have paid ADSI.
