Able Electric Erwin Dubon Failed to complete work, created permit violation, lied for years about intent to fix problem. Miami Florida

Erwin Dubon claims to work for Able Electric, but we don't know if that is true or if he is an unlicensed "electrician" who pays them for use of their license number. Either way, if this guy shows up on your property, release the hounds. He is a complete nightmare of lies and incompetence. He never obtained a final inspection or closed the permit on work performed at my house five years ago. The city has subsequently fined me and placed a lien on my home. For more than two years he has been claiming to be remediating this problem but the majority of his statements have been outright lies. My wife and I have been forced to go to City Hall about six times just to verify that he is lying about scheduled inspections. Now we are going to have to hire another contractor to complete the work and sue Erwin Dubon and Able Electric. We consider Able Electric equally liable if they are selling the use of their license to unlicensed, incompetent, and dishonest individuals.
