Able Housing Inc will not pay us for the services we performed. 7/31/15 Able contacted our company to set up a trailer for a customer of theirs to stay in while his house was being rebuilt after a tree fell on the house and caused water damaged. Between 8/1/15 and 8/19/15 we coordinated various services that needed to be completed in order for us to set up the trailer that they were having delivered. 8/19/15 we spent the day setting up the trailer, picking up needed items such as steps, leveling the trailer, connecting it to water, electricity, and sewer, testing the operation of all appliances, water lines, lp lines as needed for Able's customer to move in. 8/21/15 sent completed invoice and forms supplied by Able via fax for payment to Able. After a short period of time, contacted Able requesting payment. They stated that they did not receive the proper forms, re-faxed the forms. After another short period of time, contacted Able again, and they stated that they had not received the forms. Re-faxed them again. Every contact with Able after that we were told that "it was being processed" 10/28/15 We were contacted by the customer who hired Able requesting that we pick up the blocks and steps from their property. So we picked up the steps and blocks and brought them back to our shop. 11/2/15 Stayce at Able emailed me and asked if we picked up the steps and blocks, I emailed her back and told her yes. Every attempt now after that to collect our payment from them has been answered with that they want us to remove the steps and the blocks off of our bill. We told them they are welcome to come here and pick the steps and the blocks up. The steps are Not even billed on our invoice, they bought them from another party and we picked them up for Able and delivered and installed to the site.
