ABS Business Solutions, inc. Rep. Paul K. IFG ,Innovative Funding Group Rep. Alex Joner Scam to save your home from forcloser Scottsdale , Arizona

 My Home was going into foreclosure at the time. Was introduced to Alex Joyner by a personal reference in February of 2009. When he came to my home for a consultation to see if I had a case to audit against my Mortgage company, which he charged me $250.00 that I paid in cash and never received a receipt for it. Even though I requested one. At first Alex Joyner represented himself as a Lawyer but later after convincing me receiving my payments he said "He was the representative of Lawyer (mainly a Paul K.) from ABS business solutions & IFG innovative group which are located in San Diego, California. I have never been contacted or spoken with the actual Lawyer who was supposable representing my case. I paid this Company $4,000.00 for their services which i have proof of in cashier's checks to IFG & ABS which was told to do by Alex Joyner. After, I paid Alex Joyner I heard nothing from them after that. My mortgage company says they never heard or received anything from them representing my case. I call and call and they still till this day won't return my phone calls, they won't update me on anything of my case and was told not to contact my Mortgage company at first. I asked Alex Joyner to return my original document's that he had taken to make copies and he refuse to return them no matter how many times I requested them.

 The final touch that let me know they were a scam or fraud is when the personal reference who was also being represented by them went to court against his Mortgage company and nobody from ABS or IFG showed up. Instead a David J.Adamski from Bethune & Associates did and said to my reference he was hired just recently right before the court date by IFG to represent him in court, to make it seem they did a effort in the case. Which were hired 4-5 months ago to make a case which Alex Joyner said he had.

 After, I found out all this information personally from Daivd J. Adamski Lawyer, I contacted Alex Joyner got through some how and demanded he stop whatever he is doing on my case whether he truly is or not and to PLEASE return my money back. So that I might still have a chance to hire a real lawyer and save my home. Of course he refused and said he could not do anything for me or my family.

 I am now doing everything in my power to try to stop these people from consuming anymore victims $4,000.00 each. THEY ARE MISLEADING, FALSIFIERS, AND ARE PREYING ON PEOPLE WHO ARE LOSING THEIR HOMES AND ARE DOWN AND OUT. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THESE PEOPLE AND TO HELP THE VICTIMS THEY HAVE ALREADY APPREHENDED AND TAKEN THERE MONEY.
