Don't Let Them (Ab)Slide with Your Money!!!!
I ordered an abslide well over two months ago, but have not received the merchandise. I too have been calling numerous times, yet was never able to get through. They're either closed, all representatives are busy, or the voicebox is full. They do make you wait for well over 20 minutes (when they are open) and just hang up on you. I've e-mailed them twice to cancel my order, but have not responded at all. This really upsets me. I answered no to every single offer they tried to sale me. I'm so frustrated because not only am I not receiving the product, but I'm spending just as much on long distance calls it's ridiculous. What should I do?
