Absolute Awesome Stuff Ordered Product Oct 14, 2017, They Provided False USPS Tracking, Product Has NEVER Shipped.

An item was ordered on October 14, 2017 from Absolute Awesome Stuff via a Facebook Ad. The site seemed legitimate. Payment was made through PayPal, who can not resolve this because they pay the merchant immediately. I have communicated with "Mindy" more than 10 times since October 21, 2017. I've had every excuse from their warehouse "screwing up" (what kind of merchant uses language like this in customer communications), to it's been shipped. I've received a tracking number from USPS, but USPS says they are still awaiting receipt of the package to ship. USPS says: "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. We have received notice that th originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." The piece shows it's coming from NANJING EMS, CHINA. 

This company should be shut down. They are aggressively advertising on Facebook with sponsored ads and luring good people into their fraudulent business practices. I have addressed this with my credit card company, and I've notified Shopify who hosts this site. I'm not sure either can shut this company down, but they are a plague. 

AVOID. Do Not Order. Tell all your friends to beware.
